Why Daylo puts a progress ring around your day.

Daylo began with the appeal of a full Apple Health-style ring. The idea was to make the effort in other parts of life visible in the same immediate way.

A shared view for different kinds of effort

A journal entry and a weight measurement are different actions, but both can belong to a daily routine. Daylo brings check-off habits and numeric entries into one dashboard. Each configured completion contributes to the ring.

The ring is an interface choice, not a claim that every habit has the same importance. It helps answer a small question: how many of the habits I configured are complete today?

Immediate feedback, longer-term context

The ring changes when you log a completed habit. Streaks show runs of completed days, while the calendar and analytics show a broader period. These views serve different purposes and are most useful together.

Daylo also uses milestone medallions and amber missed-day states. The intention is to make effort visible and make restarting approachable.

What the ring does not measure

A full ring does not mean an ideal day, a diagnosis, or a guaranteed result. It summarizes the completion rules you selected. If those rules no longer fit, customize the habits and goals.

The app is inspired by the visual satisfaction of progress rings and has no Apple Health integration or affiliation with Apple.

A little effort. A visible step forward.

Choose your habits, log today, and let the history grow.
