What Daylo saves

Daylo saves your account profile, the habits you create, your goals, and the values you log each day. This lets you see your history, streaks, and progress when you return or use another device.

You sign in with Google so Daylo can recognize your account. Your browser remembers your sign-in until you sign out. Your personal habit entries are not shown on the public website, and your tracker requires a signed-in account.

Reminders are your choice

Notifications are optional. If you turn them on, Daylo saves the information needed to send reminders to that browser. You can turn them off in the app or remove notification permission in your browser settings.

Exporting and signing out

You can download your recorded habit values as an Excel file from your profile. That gives you a copy to keep or use elsewhere.

Signing out ends your sign-in on that browser. It does not delete your account or saved history. Daylo does not currently provide a self-service account-deletion button.

Services that help Daylo work

Google handles sign-in, Vercel serves the website, and Daylo’s hosted service saves your tracking history. The app also loads its fonts from Google. These services receive the requests needed for those features to work.

The public pages use fonts served directly by Daylo. Optional website analytics may be enabled to understand visits and clicks on the start button; those measurements do not include your habit entries.

About this overview

This is a summary of how Daylo works today. A full privacy policy, including how long information is kept and how to request deletion, has not yet been published. Do not treat signing out or exporting your history as a request to remove your saved information.
