Keep a manual weight log alongside your habits.

Daylo lets you record weight as a custom numeric habit, using kilograms or pounds as the unit. Keep your entries with the rest of your routine and review them over time.

Set up a weight entry

  1. Open Customize and add a numeric habit named Weight.
  2. Choose a unit, such as kg or lb, and use the same unit for each entry.
  3. Enter the measured value manually on the day you record it.
  4. Open analytics to review your recorded series, or export the entries from your profile.

Numeric habits use goal-based completion. If you configure a weight goal, the progress ring reflects that rule, rather than simply whether you took a measurement. Choose a setup that you understand and avoid interpreting the ring as a health assessment.

Keep the log interpretable

Consistent units and clear entries make a log easier to inspect. Daylo does not connect to a smart scale or import Apple Health data. If you change the unit from kilograms to pounds, existing numeric entries are not automatically converted.

A recorded number is a measurement, not a diagnosis. This page explains the product’s logging workflow and does not prescribe a target weight or a weighing schedule.

Review weight with the rest of your routine

You can put weight entries alongside check-off habits such as journaling or workout logging. The shared calendar helps you inspect the same period, but a relationship between two records does not prove that one caused the other.

Export your data if you want a separate spreadsheet view. Daylo is designed for personal tracking and does not replace professional care or interpret health measurements for you.

Habit tracker questions, answered.

Can I track weight and calories?

Yes. Create custom numeric habits with your own units, such as kilograms, pounds, or kcal, and enter your values manually. Daylo is a personal log; it does not provide a food database, barcode scanner, automatic calorie calculation, or Apple Health synchronization.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Download your recorded habit values as an Excel workbook from your profile. You can keep a copy or use it for your own analysis.

A little effort. A visible step forward.

Choose your habits, log today, and let the history grow.
