See the patterns behind your daily check-ins.
Daylo’s habit analytics bring together completion rates, numeric values, and calendar history. Review a week or month to understand what your daily entries add up to.
Completion and measurements answer different questions
A completion rate summarizes whether your entries met the goals you configured. A numeric series shows the values themselves. A reading habit can be completed every day while the number of pages varies; both views can be useful.
Weekly and monthly views include comparisons with the previous period. Numeric habits show averages over active days. Keep missing entries in mind when interpreting a summary: an unlogged measurement is not automatically a measured zero.
Use the calendar to investigate a change
If a monthly rate drops, open the calendar and inspect the days behind it. Were the misses clustered on a particular part of the week? Did you add new habits or change a target? Context matters more than treating every difference as an improvement or failure.
- Pick one habit and one period.
- Look at its recorded values and completion history.
- Choose one adjustment to the routine.
- Review the next period before making another change.
Export the underlying values
Download your history as an Excel workbook from the profile screen. Use it to inspect individual entries or create a chart that answers your own question. The export contains recorded values; it does not establish why a trend occurred.
