Turn your daily routine into clear, trackable actions.

A daily routine tracker records the actions you repeat throughout your day. Daylo lets you organize those actions into categories and log them without building a project plan.

Start with a routine you already recognize

Choose one part of your day, such as after breakfast or before bed. Write down the actions you want to repeat there. Give each action an entry you can recognize: a completed journal session, minutes studied, or pages read.

Separate recurring actions from one-off errands. “Study today” belongs in a routine tracker; “submit an application by Friday” needs a deadline in a calendar or task manager.

Example: an evening reset

  1. Create a Personal category for journaling and reading.
  2. Add Journal as a check-off habit.
  3. Add Reading as a numeric habit with pages as the unit.
  4. Reorder the habits to match how you do them.
  5. Log actual entries and review the week.

The example is a setup pattern, not a recommended schedule. Choose your own actions and targets so the tracker fits your responsibilities.

Adapt when your day changes

If the routine works on weekdays but rarely on weekends, review the actual entries before increasing the goal. A smaller repeatable action can give a more useful record than an ambitious list you stop opening.

Opt-in evening web push nudges may help you remember to log on supported devices. Daylo does not provide a custom appointment scheduler for each habit.

Habit tracker questions, answered.

Can I customize my habits?

Yes. Create categories, add check-off or numeric habits, choose units, set goals, and reorder habits. Numeric goals can be at least a target or at most a target.

Does Daylo send reminders?

On supported browsers, you can opt into web push notifications for evening progress nudges, weekly recaps, and achievement milestones. Permission and browser support are required; notifications are not guaranteed on every device.

Is Daylo a task manager?

Daylo focuses on recurring habits and daily measurements. Use a task manager for one-off deadlines, dependencies, and team projects; use Daylo to record the routines you repeat.

A little effort. A visible step forward.

Choose your habits, log today, and let the history grow.
