A simple place to log your daily calorie total.
Daylo supports manually entered calorie totals as a custom numeric habit. It is useful when you already know the number you want to record and want it beside your other daily logs.
What this calorie log does
Create a numeric habit named Calories and set its unit to kcal. Enter your daily total yourself and review the entries in analytics. You can configure an at-least or at-most target if that is appropriate to your own tracking setup.
Daylo does not calculate calories from foods, scan barcodes, recognize meal photos, import meals, or recommend a calorie intake. If you need food search and meal calculation, use a dedicated nutrition tool to obtain the values.
Keep a clear manual record
- Choose one consistent unit for your entries.
- Log the total you have calculated elsewhere.
- Review the selected week or month in analytics.
- Export recorded values to Excel when you need your own analysis.
A configured target controls habit completion in the app. It is not a nutrition recommendation. This guide covers the logging interface rather than advice on what or how much to eat.
Combine measurements and daily actions
You can keep a numeric calorie log with check-off habits such as journaling or a workout record. The dashboard gives them a shared daily view. You decide which entries are useful; it is fine to track fewer things if a detailed routine becomes difficult to maintain.
Habit tracker questions, answered.
Can I track weight and calories?
Yes. Create custom numeric habits with your own units, such as kilograms, pounds, or kcal, and enter your values manually. Daylo is a personal log; it does not provide a food database, barcode scanner, automatic calorie calculation, or Apple Health synchronization.
Can I customize my habits?
Yes. Create categories, add check-off or numeric habits, choose units, set goals, and reorder habits. Numeric goals can be at least a target or at most a target.
A little effort. A visible step forward.
Choose your habits, log today, and let the history grow.
