Habit consistency calculator.
Habit consistency is completed days divided by tracked days, multiplied by 100. Enter your own counts to calculate a simple completion percentage.
How to calculate habit consistency
If you completed a habit on 21 of 30 tracked days, consistency is 21 ÷ 30 × 100 = 70%. The denominator should cover the same period as the completed-day count. A period with zero tracked days has no defined percentage.
This calculator uses the counts you enter. It does not import your Daylo account or apply activation dates automatically.
What the percentage leaves out
A completion percentage does not show which days were completed, how much you did, or why a gap occurred. Two people with the same percentage can have very different calendars. Pair the result with the daily record before deciding what to change.
A little effort. A visible step forward.
